We got to spend Bella's Spring Break in Ohio this year!
Since we knew we wouldn't be doing Summer vacation with our Ohio family this year, it was really important that we got some time with them in the Spring. Thankfully, we'll be back with them at Christmas, too, but it seems like so much time passes between visits!
We got to visit Uncle Craig's classroom and see all of his cool Science experiments! AND we got to see his quail babies that had just hatched. The girls were on Cloud Nine! They loved it!
Walking through the words behind Steve's house is something we do every time we visit.
The little humans, frolicking through the leaves
Okay, these pictures are a little out of order, but this was before we got our minivan.
(So thankful for the minivan!)
I'm still in a little bit of denial, but we actually got snow in April. On Spring Break. The girls were thrilled; I was a little bitter, but they got to play in the snow, so I guess it worked out!
Seriously, snow! In April! This is why I live in Georgia...
It probably wasn't cold enough to warrant this much gear, but when Mama is from Florida, the little humans get dressed like this.
The kids got some special time with the Great-Grandmas this trip, which was really fun.
Grandma and Grandpa took everyone to the aquarium. We loved it! Henry said a very breathless, "Whoa" for every fish and animal we saw.
Thanks, Grandma and Grandpa!
Dyeing eggs with our cousins
Trying hard-boiled eggs for the first time.
Bella practiced drawing her new Barbie bike.
It was a great week with everyone and we can't wait for Christmas!
