Women's Retreat

This will be a crazy week! We are having a revival speaker at our church, so we are going to an evening service tonight. His name is Dr. Greg Frizzell and he's been doing a series on prayer. Tuesday night is Bible study for me and the gym for Steve; Wednesday night is church for me and class for Steve. Whew! On Thursday, we're both finally home, but we have a friend coming over who we haven't seen in awhile. And then Friday night, I leave for my Women's Retreat! I'm really looking forward to it - it's just one night, but Mel and I are taking the while day on Friday to do lunch and shop at some Outlets on the way up. The retreat is being held at Banning Mills in Whitesburg, Georgia. Out church went there last year, too, and it has really nice facilities. We'll be back on Saturday evening. Grandma & Grandpa in the Park

Mom and Dad have now been here for about 5 days...today mom was feeling better, Bella was in a good mood, and the weather is gorgeous! We enjoyed the outdoors by walking around Marietta Square and meeting Mel for lunch at Old Ephraim's. Bella has been working on her wave, and here is a picture of her doing silly hands with Grandma and Grandpa.
